Binto Customer Success Associate (part-time):

Binto is an investment-backed startup that's redesigning the way women take care of their reproductive health. Since we launched in 2016 we've developed a line of safe and effective supplements for women along with the use of technology to remove the stress and guesswork of buying for women's health-related issues.

 

Our customer success associates play an integral role in supporting Binto’s operations. We’re looking for a licensed health professional (LPN, RN, NP or PA-C). In this role you will manage all customer communications on our helpdesk and via email, support in onboarding patients to their Binto routine, manage client accounts and support Binto in our telehealth services. 

 

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You hold an active license as either an LPN, RN, NP or PA-C 
  • Have previous women’s health clinical experience in postpartum health, OB, GYN, antepartum or fertility (minimum of 1-year experience in this area required) 
  • A task master and detail-oriented - this role requires a great deal of attention to detail
  • Love working with clients - we hear from lots of clients and potential clients. You must love working with people and communicating with people who need your assistance
  • You are a good communicator - you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Are empathetic to clients health needs and wishes 
  • Are tech savvy - you must know how to work on email and we will train you on our customer service platform and Binto platform 
  • Comfortable with telehealth consults 
  • Love supplements and supporting women with preventative medicine 
  • Excited to be an integral early member of Binto and part of a growing team
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where process is crucial but not sacred 

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Customer service
    • Email communication with clients 
    • Onboarding clients to their Binto routine 
    • Making updates to members Binto supplement regimens 
    • Answering live chats and tickets in a timely manner
  • Telehealth 
    • Support clients in their health questions 
    • Guide clients through their Binto questions 
    • Help create supplement routines for clients based on their needs/wishes
