BINTO: What's the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?
The first few things I do are think of something I am grateful for (before my eyes are even really open), then make my bed, tongue scrape and brush my teeth, and last but definitely not least meditate.
BINTO: Tell us about your eating habits.
The only thing I can say about my eating habits is that I am vegan. I have come SO far with my relationship with food that I don’t deem things healthy or unhealthy. I will say that probably 85% of what I eat is fruits and vegetables because that works for me, but I also have chocolate every single day and have vegan VooDoo donuts on the reg.
BINTO: What workouts do you enjoy? Which do you not enjoy?
BINTO: What was the defining moment when you realized you could take your health into your own hands?
BINTO: How has your wellness routine evolved over the years?
BINTO: Do you use Binto? If so, what kind of changes have you experienced as a result?
BINTO: What product can’t you live without?
BINTO: What is your biggest challenge in terms of health or wellness right now?
I would probably say it’s still finding the balance between enough “me” time and flowing and being present while also doing what I want and not holding myself back. This is a wellness challenge because anxiety can set in when I don’t find the balance between rest and hustle.
