Tell us a bit about your daily wellness routine?

Sleep is where it starts for me. I am not the best sleeper, so trying to get to bed early is key to make the following day really start off on a good foot. Once the day comes, my morning routine can be tough, because some days I am at work at 7 am, while others I don’t have to be there until 8:30. I have one rule for the am: water before coffee. After that, I fit wellness in wherever I can. I try to get fresh air daily – whether thats a walk at lunch or fitting it in after dinner. I exercise regularly, whether it’s with weights or on the Peloton. I try to meditate most days of the week. I choose healthy foods 75% of the time. I don’t care when I fit it in, as long as all of these things are part of my day, that’s what counts.

What product can’t you live without?

Skin Owl Beauty Drops. These have changed my skin to have a more dewy appearance and helped with those terrible cystic pimples.

What was the defining moment when you realized you could take your health into your own hands?

College. In high school, I was eating what my mom gave me and playing sports at school. In college, it’s up to you. You make the decision to live healthy or not. You shave time out of your day and figure out what works for you. And you absolutely figure out that what you put into your body really affects how you feel.

Have you seen your wellness routine evolve over the years?

In the last 10 years, I was constantly pounding the pavement. In college and grad school, I would be on the treadmill everyday. If I wasn’t drenched in sweat, it didn’t count. Now that I work full time and have some more life stress, I am really working to slow it down. I find myself trying to listen to my body now rather than sticking to a regimented schedule.

Do you use BINTO? How do you stick to your routine?

The individual packs are everything to me. It’s all right there. I always have a few packs in my bedside table to remember to take them at night. And always throw a few in my makeup bag when traveling!

Favorite supplement in your Binto pack-Go!

Probiotic. Because I would have no idea where to start when trying to find a probiotic to take.

How do you take your wellness routine on the go?

Like everything else, I have it all the apps. The peloton app, Melissa Woods workouts, headspace. I can really stick to my regular forms of movement while out of town, which is huge for me!

Do you feel like there is something you’re still searching for in your wellness journey?

Not comparing my wellness journey with someone else’s is really tough for me and something I’m still working on. Social media can very much feed into that. You see others doing SO much in the morning, but I have to remember they have different schedules than me.

What is your Be Vitamin for 2022?
