Tell us a bit about your daily wellness routine.

I love starting my morning with some type of movement. Lately, I have been getting into sculpt + pilates classes. Those tiny movements are KILLER and go a long way working muscles you aren’t used to working! I’ve also found these slower paced classes help keep me intentional with every move. Post sweat- I love taking time to craft up a matcha latte or protein smoothie.

What product can’t you live without?

What was the defining moment when you realized you could take your health into your own hands?

When I finished nursing school I realized how much I had neglected taking time to care for myself. My head was so deep in the books that I never set aside time for movement, self care, or rest. Now, working full time, running a lifestyle IG, and being a part-time graduate student it is absolutely a necessity to pause + take time to recover and rest so I can show up as my best self. Even on my busiest days, I make it a point to take breaks, step out for fresh air, and get some sort of movement in. It keeps me grounded and helps set the intention for the day.

Have you seen your wellness routine evolve over the years?

Absolutely! I am definitely more intentional in everything I do and genuinely love finding new ways to improve my overall wellness.

Do you use BINTO? How do you stick to your routine?

YES! For a couple years now! I take my supplements at night before bed because my mornings are different each day so sometimes it is tough to keep up with whereas my nightly ritual is typically the same.

How do you take your wellness routine on the go?

I keep protein bars in my bag at all times in case I get hungry and need an extra boost. I also love the convenience of the BINTO packs for when I travel! I love the little quotes on them!

Do you feel like there is something you’re still searching for in your wellness journey?

I’d love to be more consistent with journaling. In full transparency, sometimes I just don’t have the time too. But what I have found helpful is jotting down some bullet points rather than full sentences. Putting pen to paper really does work wonders + places things into existence.

In 2022, I want to be mindful!
