The Best Time of Day to Take Vitamins

It's a new year — and chances are you're adding a few new habits to your daily routine. Hopefully, one of these involves taking your Binto supplements (if you're not already!). If so, you might be wondering when is the best time to take your vitamins.

Good news: We've got you covered — and it's probably a lot more simple than you may think.

Here's the general rule of thumb: Take one packet per day, ideally at nighttime. If mid-morning (after breakfast) or lunch time works better for your schedule, that's okay too. It's important to keep it consistent, so the best time to take your vitamins is the one you'll remember.

Swallow your supplements with 12 ounces of water to ensure you don't experience indigestion. And don't take them on an empty stomach, as this can cause some women to experience nausea. Taking vitamins after a meal helps your body absorb and digest the nutrients better, too.

Finally, before starting any new supplement routine, double-check with your doctor to make sure all your vitamins are compatible with any other medications you may be taking. Some other precautions to follow include:
