This supplement contains at least 100% of your daily value of the following essential nutrients:  Vitamin C (120 mg), Vitamin D (25 mcg), Folate (400mg), Vitamin B12 (25 mg), Vitamin B6 (10mg), Biotin (150 mcg), and Magnesium Citrate (300 mg).
