BINTO: Tell us a bit about your daily wellness routine?

Soné: Before I get out of bed in the morning, I actually do a 15 minute meditation just to get set for the day. From there, I shower, brush me teeth, and I like to do a double face wash with coconut oil followed by an egg white soap. Then, I make a cup of Bulletproof Coffee- that's major- it's actually helped me focus a lot better. I don't know if its psychosomatic and working because I want it to (laughs), or if it's actually working, but I like it!

 

 

BINTO: What product can't you live without?

Soné: Beauty-wise, I can't live without shea butter. It's my favorite. It's good for hyper-pigmentation, it tightens the skin around your eyes- it's amazing. My second one would be coconut oil. I go to one of those health food stores and I get it in this 12 oz. container. Nothing fancy, but it has vitamin E in it too and that's really nice!

 

BINTO: Do you stick to your BINTO routine?

Soné: Yes, I take BINTO after I eat every night.

 

BINTO: Favorite supplement in your BINTO pack- Go!

Soné: I love the probiotic and the B12.

 

BINTO: When it comes to supplements, was this something you ever discussed with a health professional, or do you tend to Google things?

Soné: I talked to my doctor about it orginally. For a while I was anemic, so they told me I needed more iron, B12, and vitamin D. It was always on my radar, but I never used to take supplements in any routine. Then I met Suzie and she stressed the importance or taking it all the time, and I've really seen an improvement. The probiotic especially has been fantastic- I don't have any stomach issues. I recommend it to everyone really. It's a no brainer- I don't have a lot of time, so it's great that I don't have to think about it.

 

BINTO: Was there a defining moment when you decided you could take your health into your own hands?

Soné: There was one point where I really started to exercise heavily and take care of myself because I was always tired- and I knew I needed to make some sort of a change. While workload wasn't going to change, I felt that this was the one variable I could control so it became really important to me. I also had to figure out what would work for me, so I tried a bunch of different products. I'm a creature of habit, so when I find something that works I use it forever!

 

BINTO: How has your wellness routine evolved over time?

Soné: Well- I'm now wearing the right color foundation, so there's that (laughs). It's been life changing! I'm also healthier now than I ever was before. Finding a routine that works for me helps keep me sane, focused- and I work better knowing I can go for a run during a break and I'm being useful during that time. It helps me zone out while I'm still moving, then you can go back to a task in a totally different way.

 

BINTO: Have you found a way to take your wellness routine on the go?

Soné: The BINTO packages are amazing, they travel really well, and I know I can put a bunch of them in my bag if I'm going back to back jobs sites really late. I also have a little travel bag with a bit of makeup, deodorant, and essential oils.

 

BINTO: Do you feel like there is something you're still searching for in your wellness journey?

Soné: I feel like when a new product comes along I like to try new and different things. It's always going to be evolving between age, and your hair and skin changing. Figuring out what works to have healthy nails and hair is totally different from year to year... they'll come out telling you your skins going to fall off from doing blah blah blah and then you go, "Oh no I've been doing that forever." I feel like it's always going to be a process.
