Exciting Updates At Binto! 

For the first time, Binto is outsourcing our fulfillment and operations. After years of bootstrapping, scaling through your support, and running our own fulfillment center, we realized something important: to continue giving you the best possible experience, we needed to make a change. This shift allows us to focus on new product innovation, quality control, and making your experience with Binto better than ever before. After listening to your feedback over the past year, we want you to know that we hear you, and we’ve been diligently working behind the scenes to make drastic improvements to support your health. 

Here’s what these updates mean for you:

✅ Better shipping – More reliable shipping and delivery. Once a kit renews it will ship within 48 hours of renewal. We know how important it is to stay consistent with your supplements.

✅ Improved quality control – Fewer errors, more consistency. Our new facility has a machine that takes photos of each packet to check for any errors, something we never had at Binto, meaning your kit will be packaged without any issues.

✅ Third-party testing – A significant step for transparency and trust. While we’ve always tested all raw materials and finished products, we’re finally taking things a step further and working with a third party lab to test all our finished product supplements. This means that a third party additionally verifies that what we claim on the label is what’s in the supplement. 

✅ New supplement fact pamphlets – With each order you’ll receive more details about your Binto vitamins, so you'll have your supplement facts easily accessible at your fingertips, in a format that can be shared with your providers.

✅ Less stock outs - get more of what you need and love from Binto without waiting. This larger partner will allow us to maintain volumes and support your needs consistently without any wait.

✅New supplement options - In the coming weeks, we’ll share more details about new supplement options you can choose from. Stay tuned!

As part of the move to our new lab partner and fulfillment center, we will be making a few minor changes to our product lineup as well as our packaging to help improve your Binto experience. You will continue to receive a 10%+ discount on all subscription orders. As a reminder, being a subscriber to Binto also allows you to make changes to your kit at any time while also earning cash back on certain recurring shipments. What’s NOT changing in our supplement lineup:

Our Bare Essential, Essential Prenatal, Prenatal Plus, Women’s Complete (our multivitamin for women in perimenopause), and much-loved Synbiotic (pre- and probiotic) supplements are unchanged in ingredients, formulation, or appearance. We know how important our custom formulations are in your routine, and we’re proud to continue offering them. These supplements will now be third-party tested! 

Our fish oil and Algae oil will also remain the same.

What supplements are changing in our Binto lineup:

The move to our new facility is allowing us to not only expand upon our current offerings but also improve some of our current offerings. Here are the supplements that are changing: 

1. CoQ10 - same dose (200mg), darker in color

2. NAC - same dose (600mg), darker in color

3. Turmeric - same dose but more potent (no need to take more than one capsule), darker in color

4. Zinc - larger dose, larger capsule, and darker in color

5. DHEA - same dose, change in color (brown, not white)

6. B12 - same dose, pink-colored capsule, no longer a chewable tablet

7. Men’s Multivitamin - same SFP, moving to a tablet

8. Base Blend - we are sunsetting this supplement,  and will now offer calcium citrate capsules (160mg)

9. Vitamin B6 - we will now offer this in a B Complex supplement (50mg of B6 vs. 10mg), now a yellow capsule.

10.  Folate -  we will now offer this in a B Complex supplement (400mcg of folate vs. 1mg), now a yellow capsule.

11. Male Multivitamin - now will come in tablet form as opposed to a capsule.

What started as a little idea when I was a nurse has become something beautiful, and we couldn't have done it without you. Our mission is, and remains, to help women everywhere get access to safe and effective over-the-counter products alongside access to licensed healthcare providers. I’m beyond excited to finally share this update with all of you and how it will allow us to expand our mission and better support you in your health needs.
