Meet Binto

BINTO is a women’s health company. We’re on a mission to change the way that women get the products and education they need to support their unique health journey. BINTO personalizes a suite of supplements just for you and connects you to a licensed health provider, all for an attainable price point

BINTO is for every woman. Our products help support women at every life stage, from the early period years to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and beyond. 

BINTO is founded by licensed health providers and made with women’s unique health and reproductive needs in mind. We aim to be with you every step of the way and connect each subscriber with our amazing staff of nurses to help answer your questions via chat, email or phone consult. Your BINTO routine grows with you, so we are always here to help make adjustments to your supplement routine as your health needs change.

We take the “less is more” approach with our recommendations. Each survey result is reviewed by a nurse, so you can feel confident that you’re getting only what you need, without any excess nutrients. We use the best ingredients for women, backed by science and clinical research, and never use fillers or preservatives in our products.

How Binto Works

Take our health survey to get your custom plan! When you get to your results page, complete your purchase and you’ll become a BINTO subscriber. One of our nurses will review your results and get your first month’s supply shipped out to you. Your BINTO automatically renews every month, and you can delay or rush a shipment at any time by visiting your BINTO account. 

Your first BINTO may take a few days to process, as our team of nurses will be busy curating your items based on your survey results. You will receive a 31-day supply of supplement packets in each month’s supply.

Your BINTO gets shipped every month on the same day, and you can adjust your renewal date at any time in your BINTO account. Just sign in and click Shipments from the menu on the right. On your renewal date, your account will get billed and we will start preparing your shipment. 

There are a few ways to get in touch with our nurses here at BINTO. You can message us anytime via the chat on our website, where we can answer your questions or schedule you for a phone consult. When you sign up, you will get an email from one of our nurses, and you can always reply directly to that email with any questions. You can also send us an email at support@mybinto.com.

Yes. There are a few ways to do this. When you get to your results page, you can remove any supplement from your kit by clicking the “X” to the right of each supplement. Once you complete your purchase, a nurse will be in touch to address the changes you made and offer our recommendations. In our health survey, there is also an option to write in additional information or add notes for your BINTO nurse, so you can add any thoughts or changes there and we’ll get back to you before approving your order.

We are so happy you asked! At this time, we are not able to add The Glow Down to your subscription, but we hope to in the future. You can always make a one-time purchase on The Glow Down product page.

Yes. When you sign up for BINTO, we automatically create an account for you. In your account, you will be able to access your custom supplement plan, see ingredients, manage shipments, update your personal information and more. However, you do not need to create an account to take the survey and view your supplement recommendations.

When you take the survey and complete your purchase, you automatically become a BINTO subscriber. We make it easy for you to manage your shipments, so you can absolutely try it for a month and decide later to delay (pause) or cancel your account. We do offer a one-time purchase with our starter kits. Though, we highly recommend a personalized approach when it comes to supplements.

Returns are not acceptable because each kit is created just for you. If there is an issue with a product, please reach out to our customer care team at support@mybinto.com and we’ll help get you what you need.

Yes! We recommend purchasing a gift card to give to a friend or family member. That way, they can take the quiz and get their personalized Binto routine (using your gift card toward their first month). We also have starter kits for wellness, pregnancy and menopause available as a one-time purchase option.

My Supplements

Yes. We can always adjust your kit based on your needs. However, right now there is no way for you to edit this yourself in your BINTO account. Send us a message via the chat function on our website, or send us an email at support@mybinto.com, and we’ll be happy to help adjust your kit.

Yes. If you would like to retake the survey, chat with a nurse and we can help walk you through any changes you’d like to make. Right now, there’s no way to automatically update your subscription with new survey results, but we can work with you to get you what you need. 

Yes. Our supplements, including our probiotics, do not need to be refrigerated.

If you are already a subscriber, you can view all of your supplement info in your BINTO account. Sign in and select Your BINTO Plan from the menu on the right. Scroll down to see all of the supplements in your monthly kit and click More Info to see the ingredients. You will also receive helpful ingredient cards in your first month’s package, along with our tips for taking your supplements.

Please send us an email at support@mybinto.com if something appears to be wrong with your BINTO. We’ll work with you to get the right products to your door.

Yes! We work closely with TerraCycle to recycle all of our packaging. Just send us a message when you’re ready to recycle your empty packets and we will get you set up with our recycling program. We are working hard to become 100% compostable by the end of the year.

We recommend that you hang on to all of your packaging, including empty packets, stand-up bags and eco mailers. Place all empty packets into an eco mailer and set them aside until your mailer is full (probably after a few months). When you’re ready to recycle, send us a message and we will mail you a prepaid shipping label to send your packaging in for recycling. Thank you for helping us care for our Mother Earth!.

My Health

Your BINTO routine changes along with you, so we are more than happy to help edit your kit to meet your current needs. Send us a message or an email at support@mybinto.com.

We’ll be so excited for you! Send us a message or an email at support@mybinto.com to let us know. We’ll work with you to remove any fertility supplements from your kit and update you for pregnancy. Then, let us know a few weeks before your due date and we can update your kit for postpartum!

Yes. All of our supplements are completely safe to consume while pregnant.

Yes. Our supplements are safe alongside your medications, and we can always adjust your plan if you need. Be sure to note these in your survey or reply to the email you receive from a BINTO nurse. We may be able to make specific recommendations for your routine based on the medications you are taking.

Yes! About a third of women have this gene mutation which impacts one’s ability to properly absorb folate/folic acid. We use the methylated form of folate – (6s)-5-Methylfolate – in our supplements.

My Account

When you sign in to your BINTO account, you will see a “Get $10” link on the top bar or in the menu on the right. From there, you can access your unique referral link. You can enter your friends’ email addresses to send them an invitation to BINTO or copy your unique link to share it elsewhere. We encourage you to post it in your social media profiles and spread the BINTO love!

For every person who signs up for BINTO using your unique link, they will receive $10 off their first month of BINTO and you’ll receive a $10 credit into your account that will go toward your next month.

Sign in to your BINTO account and select Account Info from the menu on the right. From there, you’ll be able to enter a new email address. Just be sure to hit Update Profile when you’re done.

Sign in to your BINTO account and select Account Info from the menu on the right. From there, you’ll be able to enter a new password. Just be sure to hit Update Password when you’re done.

Sign in to your BINTO account and select Shipments from the menu on the right. From there, you’ll be able to edit your shipping address.

Sign in to your BINTO account and select Payment from the menu on the right. From there, you’ll be able to update your credit card information. To view your current payment information, select Shipments from the main menu and scroll down to Payment.

Sign in to your BINTO account and select Shipments from the menu on the right. You’ll see your next renewal date and a link to Delay / Rush Shipment. Click that link and select the date when you’d like to receive your next BINTO. You can go up to 6 months from today’s date.

We encourage you to contact a BINTO nurse before canceling. If you would like to make adjustments to your subscription, your supplements, your price or your ship date, send us a message and we’d be more than happy to assist you and get you what you need! If you’re ready to cancel, all you have to do is sign in to your BINTO account and select Payment from the menu on the right. Scroll down to Manage Membership and select “I want to cancel.” Accounts must be canceled prior to your renewal date. If you cancel after a renewal, we can not offer refunds as the order has already been processed. If you have any further questions, please contact us at support@mybinto.com.

Sign in to your BINTO account and select Payment from the menu on the right. Scroll down until you see the button to Reactivate your account. Once you reactivate, your account will be charged your monthly fee and we will begin preparing your next shipment. If you have any questions, please contact us on the chat or send us an email at support@mybinto.com.
